Regularish Today view on iPhone: a Regularish Number of 86, Full reserves, with a short explanation of what is driving today's number Regularish Cycle view on iPhone: Day 38 of a cycle still unfolding, with her own observed range of 24 to 33 days and no late flag

What Regularish does

Not a diagnosis.
The context you deserve.

Perimenopause doesn't follow a schedule. It affects sleep, mood, focus, heart rate, and a dozen other things that seem unrelated until they aren't. Period trackers assume a “normal” that no longer applies to you. Regularish starts from where you actually are.

What's different

Built for irregular,
on purpose.

01

One number. The whole day.

The Regularish Number is a single score from 1 to 99 — 86, Full reserves — built from how you say you feel, what you log, and your body's own signals. It explains the day. It doesn't grade it.

02

No “normal” to get back to

No assumed 28 days. No “late” flag. Regularish describes your cycles as you logged them — “your last 5 cycles have run 24 to 33 days” — and when it's still learning, it says so.

03

A few taps to start

No account, no password, no email. A handful of quick screens, say how you're feeling today, and your first Regularish Number is ready. Apple Health is optional.

Features

Everything you need.
Nothing you don't.

Today

Your daily card

Alongside your number, Regularish writes a short, plain-language card: what's driving today, in words a friend would use. Then three specific suggestions — Eat, Drink, and Move — tuned to what's happening in your body today. It gets sharper with every log.

Log

A log for real life

Tap the symptoms that are showing up today, set how strong they feel, add a note if you want. One tap marks a hot flash the moment it happens. That's it — from your iPhone or your wrist.

HRT

It holds the schedule — and the spot

Turn on the optional HRT tab and your medications stay on the schedule you set, never one the app invents. Log each dose with one tap and mark where a patch went on a body map. Reminders name the form and the time, never a hormone. It records; it never advises.

Care

A real path to care

In the United States, search OB/GYN, gynecology, and urogynecology providers near you, with a direct link to The Menopause Society's directory. And for the symptoms nobody says out loud, a private, lockable space to check in — never scored, and kept out of your exported report.

Export

The clinician report

One of the hardest parts of perimenopause is being taken seriously. Regularish turns your logged symptoms, severity, notes, and Health context into a clean PDF — the last 30 or 90 days, a full cycle, or any range you choose. You've been tracking this. Now you have something to show for it.

Everywhere

On your wrist and Home Screen

Log a symptom from Apple Watch®, always in sync. A widget puts today's Regularish Number on your Home Screen and Lock Screen. And the app comes in three palettes — Garnet, Bloom, or Tide. Same honesty, your colors.

Privacy

What you log
stays on
your iPhone.

Private by design — as an engineering constraint, not a marketing claim. The model that writes your daily card runs on your own iPhone, using Apple Intelligence™. No account. No Regularish server holding your health data. The few things that can leave your phone are listed plainly in the privacy policy.

No account, nothing uploaded

No sign-up, no password, no email. What you log is never sent to us — we couldn't see it even if we wanted to.

Generated on your iPhone

Your daily card is written on device. No remote model, and no model training on your symptoms.

No ads. No data brokers.

No third-party analytics or advertising code — none at all. Your Apple Health data is never shared with anyone.

Yours to export, yours to delete

Your record leaves your phone only when you choose to export or share it. Delete everything at any time, from Settings.

Questions

Asked plainly,
answered plainly.

Is Regularish a period tracker?

No. Regularish is built for perimenopause — the years when cycles turn unpredictable and a standard 28-day tracker stops making sense. It never assumes a “normal” cycle length or nudges you back toward one, and it works when there is no cycle to track at all.

What is the Regularish Number?

One daily score, 1 to 99, for how your body is doing today. It starts with how you say you feel, adds the symptoms you log, and checks both against Apple Health signals like resting heart rate, HRV, sleep, and movement. No population averages are used.

Does Regularish upload my health data?

No. There is no account, and nothing you log is uploaded. Your daily card is generated on your iPhone. The privacy policy lists the few things that can leave your phone — an approximate-location weather request to Apple if you allow it, the ZIP code and provider type you enter in the US doctor search, email you choose to send us, and Apple's opt-in crash reports — and none of them carry what you logged.

How quickly can I get started?

A few taps. No account, no password, no email. A handful of quick screens, say how you're feeling today, and your first Regularish Number is ready. Apple Health is optional.

Does Regularish support hormone therapy (HRT)?

Yes. Turn on the optional HRT tab and Regularish keeps your medications on the schedule you set, with reminders on the days you choose. Log each dose with one tap and mark where a patch went on a front-and-back body map. It records; it never advises.

Can I export my symptom history for my doctor?

Yes. The clinician report turns your logged symptoms, severity, notes, and Health context into a clean PDF — the last 30 or 90 days, a full cycle, or any range you choose.

Is Regularish free?

Regularish is free to download. In the United States, the Regularish Number, the daily card, symptom logging, the HRT tab, the Care tab, the clinician report, widgets, and the Apple Watch app are all free; an optional supporter subscription funds development and unlocks no health feature.
